Spectrum, the nation’s #1 rural internet provider, announced the launch of Spectrum Internet, Mobile, TV, and Voice services for approximately 1,000 rural homes and small businesses in eastern Outagamie and western Waupaca counties in northeast Wisconsin, including Dale, Readfield, and Zittau.

More than $7 billion in private investment from Charter is driving Spectrum’s multi-year rural construction initiative, which will eventually add more than 100,000 miles of fiber-optic network infrastructure and provide symmetrical and multi-gigabit speed internet access to over 1.7 million new locations nationwide.

“Spectrum is bringing gigabit broadband to unserved communities in Wisconsin and across America,” said Matt Brown, Senior Director of Construction for Spectrum. “Our investment is making it possible to deliver the high-value broadband, mobile, TV and voice services to more residents and businesses in rural Wisconsin. We are providing superior connectivity at highly competitive prices, backed by a team of skilled local technicians and 100% U.S.-based customer service.”

Broadband speeds up to 1 Gbps, together with money-saving mobile options and 85,000 on-demand choices.

Spectrum Internet offers speeds up to 1 Gbps and Advanced WiFi to home and small business clients, with speeds starting at 500 Mbps and no modem fees, data limitations, or commitments. Spectrum Business Internet provides users with download speeds of 1 Gbps, 400 Mbps, and 600 Mbps. The company has also initiated a network evolution that will deliver gigabit upstream and multiple gigabit download speeds throughout its 41-state service territory.

“I’m very excited to hear about Spectrum’s broadband expansion in Outagamie and Waupaca Counties,” said U.S. Rep. Tony Wied. “Unfortunately, rural communities across Wisconsin’s 8th District have previously lacked access to essential high-speed internet. Now, thanks to Spectrum’s investment in our region, over 1,000 homes and small businesses will have the ability to connect to these crucial digital resources.”
Spectrum Internet exceeded advertised download and upload speeds for all tiers measured — even during peak weeknight usage between 7 and 11 p.m. — according to the FCC’s most recentMeasuring Broadband America Fixed Broadband Report.”

Spectrum now offers Spectrum Mobile™, Spectrum TV®, and several broadband alternatives. Spectrum Mobile, the nation’s fastest-growing mobile provider, works with Spectrum Internet and Advanced Home WiFi to deliver seamless connectivity both inside and outside the home. Spectrum Mobile offers clients countrywide 5G coverage at a reasonable value, with Unlimited lines starting at $30 per month and By the Gig choices.
